Fully planned weekend

Hi,

The upcoming weekend will be full of meeting other people, beach and swimming. By the way swimming.... God, today was another torture. Besides the usual 200 and 300 meter stuff the coach had the great idea to do 16x50meter on 90 seconds. Meaning, if you finish your 50 meters in 50 seconds you have 40 seconds rest before you start again. Might not sound hard but just try next time you go to a pool.

Maybe we should tell him that the mentioning of the 2012 Olympics was a joke.
